The turn around time, unless you order rush is 7-10 business days IN MOST CASES. Edits, changes, etc can make it longer. There are no refunds after 24 hours. All rush options are business days. Business Days DO NOT include weekends and Holidays.
If you choose to pick up in store, pick up times are MONDAY -FRIDAY 12pm to 5pm ONLY. There are no exceptions to this. If you can't pick up during this time then you will need to have your items shipped.
